It was probably a mistake to try to install this product at 10pm, but I wasn't expecting it to be so difficult. Cue a frustrated telephone call to the helpline at 11.30pm. There was someone on hand to answer my call and they sorted out my difficulties.
If, like me, you've been having problems with your mobile signal, I'd suggest that you might want to try this booster out. It's worked pretty well for me, and since I had virtually no signal before it's an enormous improvement.
I hoped that I would get a little more than 2 extra bars of signal but I suppose that's not too bad. It's certainly better than it was before.
Once plugged in, it works! We thought we would need to set up some settings, but there was no need.
This works fine as long as I leave my phone close to the antenna, but if I move out of the range there hasn't been a whole lot of improvement.
